Several reasons come to mind. Several of our past clients liked checking what rates were doing on our former website "JeffsHomeNews" and have asked where they could find the rate charts we had on that website. So now we're posting those charts again on this web page.

Additionally, some of our past & present clients wanted to have a place where they could refer their freinds and family members easily and quickly without having to bother us with a phone call. We really don't mind taking those types of calls, but are including a referral section on this page for your convenience. This section is different in that it includes a Referral Form that sends your referral "directly to them" letting them know of this web page and that you referred them. If you are satisfied with our services, feel free to use the Referral Form below and refer lots of friends and family.

Also, since our "JeffsHomeNews" website was discontinued, we've been meaning to replace it with something that has more than just one purpose. This web page is not ment to quote rates or solicit mortgage business. Those of you who know Jeff & Renee, know we enjoy communicating what we're doing and how we do it, we believe in information that helps you see what the process is all about.
